Docamine is an application that assists in filling out document forms, including the automatic filling of forms using AI technology (GPT). The images and original document files are stored on our server, along with any extracted information, which may include personal or sensitive user information.

Data Storage and Deletion

We reserve the right to delete any stored information and files at any point without notice. We are not responsible for any lost data.

Accuracy of Service

While we strive to provide accurate results, we do not guarantee the accuracy of our service. Users are responsible for checking the accuracy of the information provided by our service.

User Information

Information entered by the user is stored on our server to allow for future reuse. We do not share or sell this information with any third parties.

User Responsibility for Uploaded Content

Users are solely responsible for any private information or files they choose to upload or share on our platform. While we implement security measures to protect our users' data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using our service, you acknowledge and accept that you are uploading and sharing information at your own risk. We are not responsible for any consequences that may arise from the upload, sharing, or exposure of your private information or files.

Account Deletion

Users may delete their accounts at any time. Upon deletion, all personal information and stored documents will be permanently removed from our servers.

AI Credit

Despite the type of subscription plan a user is in, there is an additional charge for each access to AI, called AI Credit. This charge is to cover our expenses for using underlying commercial AI APIs to work on user's data. Trial accounts are given $2.00 for free and may then top up this credit by a payment to Docamine.

Changes to Terms of Service

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on our website.
